Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 45bd online gaming platform at 45bd.onl (the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 45bd (the "Operator"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

45bd is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Creating an account or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
To be eligible to register and use 45bd you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity; (c) provide accurate registration information including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number; (d) not already hold another active 45bd account; and (e) not be acting on behalf of any third party. 45bd may request proof of identity, age, or residency from any player at any time.
45bd operates exclusively for the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful. 45bd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh.

Account Registration and Verification
To create a 45bd account you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm your number via one-time password (OTP) verification. All registration information must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
45bd reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any account holder at any time, including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the timeframe specified by 45bd may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, notify 45bd immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 45bd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 45bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select local bank channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. There are no foreign payment processors and no currency conversion fees.
The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 45bd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 45bd charges no fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source policy). Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. 45bd charges no fees on withdrawals.
The following are prohibited: deposits from accounts not in the player's own name; deposits made with intent to withdraw immediately without genuine gameplay (deposit cycling); and transactions using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment credentials. Funds identified as originating from prohibited transactions will be withheld and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
45bd offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer and the general conditions below. Where there is a conflict between an offer-specific term and these general Terms, the offer-specific term prevails.
The 45bd welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit, matching 100% of the deposit up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. 45bd reserves the right to withdraw or alter the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to a 30x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. This means the total bonus value must be wagered 30 times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any remaining winnings will expire and be removed from the account. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — check the applicable offer page for game contribution rates.
Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and their account reviewed for suspension. 45bd reserves the right to void any bet or reverse any withdrawal where bonus abuse is identified, with or without prior notice.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games on the 45bd Platform are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules and RTP parameters set by the respective provider. 45bd does not modify or intervene in game outcomes. All results are determined by independently certified RNG systems and are final once settled.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 45bd will investigate and determine the outcome based on the game's recorded state at the time of the error. If a round cannot be conclusively resolved, the bet placed for that round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 45bd's decision in such matters is final and binding.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. Players who suspect a duplicate account has been opened in their name must contact [email protected] immediately.
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to place bets or interact with games is strictly prohibited. 45bd employs automated detection systems to identify non-human activity. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all balances withheld pending investigation.
Using stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment credentials to make deposits is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Funds from fraudulent activity will be withheld, the account permanently closed, and the matter referred for further investigation. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks against legitimate deposits will have their accounts closed and outstanding balances forfeited.
Account Suspension and Termination
45bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or engaged in conduct harmful to 45bd or other players. Upon suspension, the player will be notified at the registered mobile number where possible.
Upon account closure, whether initiated by the player or by 45bd, any pending withdrawal requests that were verified and approved prior to closure will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations or fraud may be forfeited. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact [email protected] with their registered mobile number and a written closure request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 45bd, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or technical malfunction. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
45bd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect access. 45bd will use reasonable efforts to restore service quickly in the event of an outage but does not accept liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
Amendments to These Terms
45bd may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. All changes take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 45bd operates. 45bd does not claim to be regulated by or affiliated with any specific Bangladeshi government authority.
